This workshop developed out of my own interest in the nature of reality. As I experimented with different methods of inquiry, I realized that I would like to attend a workshop that used multiple approaches, covering the spectrum from introspective, somatic, interactive through group experience. Drawing from my own experiences I have designed a workshop that covers multiple ways of approaching inquiry into the self.
